Real Estate: what people ask first
- When should I retain a lawyer for a purchase?
- As soon as an offer is accepted. Earlier is better when conditions or the contract terms are unusual.
- What will the closing cost?
- We quote the legal fee and the disbursements up front, including land titles registration, so you can budget the full amount.
- Can you help in a language other than English?
- Several of our staff are multilingual. Tell us what you need when you call and we will arrange it.
